  • Administrative Manager, Judith & Stewart Colton Center for Autoimmunity (NYU Grossman School of Medicine / NYU Langone Health)

Jennifer Gillen joined NYU Langone Health in 2007 as the Division Administrator for Infectious Diseases within the Department of Medicine. In this role, she managed administrative operations and supported faculty, research, and clinical initiatives within the division. In 2014, she transitioned to the Colton Center, where she assumed the role of Administrative Manager, overseeing program operations, project coordination, and administrative support for multidisciplinary research initiatives focused on autoimmune disease.

Jen brings extensive experience in healthcare administration, project management, and research program coordination. Throughout her career at NYU Langone Health, she has worked closely with investigators, clinicians, and administrative teams to facilitate strategic planning, budget oversight, operational efficiency, and successful project execution.

She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Quinnipiac University. Her educational background, combined with her years of experience in academic medicine and research administration, has provided her with a strong foundation in organizational leadership, program management, and healthcare operations.

Today, Jen continues to support the mission of advancing innovative autoimmune research by ensuring effective project coordination, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and maintaining the administrative infrastructure necessary for successful scientific discovery.
