Dr. Gur Yaari is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology at Yale School of Medicine. He earned his BSc in Physics and Mathematics, his MSc in High Energy Physics, and his PhD in Interdisciplinary Physics, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, followed by postdoctoral training at Yale University. He joined Bar-Ilan University in 2013, where he rose to Full Professor before returning to Yale in 2025.

Dr. Yaari’s research focuses on the development of computational and statistical tools to process and analyze high-throughput biological data, with a particular emphasis on the adaptive immune system, B cell biology, and immune repertoire profiling.
