Dr. Gali Lerman is Chief Scientific Officer of the Colton Center for Autoimmunity at Tel Aviv University and a Senior Lecturer in the School of Biomedical Engineering. She received her BSc, MSc, and PhD from Tel Aviv University, where her doctoral research uncovered the crosstalk between psoriatic keratinocytes and the immune system in psoriasis.

Dr. Lerman has served as a lead scientist at various biotechnology startups and as Director of the Head and Neck Lab at Tel Aviv Medical Center. She holds two patents alongside Sheba Medical Center. She also teaches gender and sex-conscious medicine, bringing an important lens of biological sex differences to her research and educational work.
